Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. Commercial quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

In-stock items ship within the same week of order confirmation where noted. Freight items and large structural kits may require extended lead times communicated at time of order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Custom-cut or made-to-order structural components are non-returnable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Warranty

Structural components carry manufacturer warranties as specified on individual product pages. Warranty claims should be directed to our customer service team with proof of purchase.

Changes to These Terms

GreenVault may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
